Though it normally costs a hefty £32, individual benefit claimants can buy a copy direct from the CPAG for £8.80 including post and packing (2004-05 edition). It should also be available from your local public library. The Child Poverty Action Group distribute a considerable number of handbooks on benefits rights, including on housing benefit, child support, fuel rights, paying for care, etc., which are detailed in their free catalogue.
